Executive/ Senior Executive- BI & MIS (Marketing & Business Development)

* Drive sales performance evaluation by analyzing primary and secondary data to inform strategic decisions * Assess the effectiveness and ROI of trade offers and promotional schemes to optimize investments * Architect data-driven insights to measure offer costs against incremental sales and margin impact * Monitor and interpret monthly and seasonal sales trends, including offer-period performance, to identify areas for improvement * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, MIS reports, and business insights to inform management decisions * Inform offer planning by validating assumptions with rigorous data analysis and providing actionable recommendations * Identify and mitigate gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in sales and offer management to ensure optimal results * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and marketing, to ensure data accuracy and integrity
