* Spearhead general accounting operations, encompassing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business growth. * Architect and manage yearly budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, including monthly variance analysis to inform strategic decisions. * Drive ad hoc analysis and special projects, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. * Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies, including TDS and VDS calculations, to optimize financial performance. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and senior management, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. * Design and implement management tools to streamline accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce risk. * Generate actionable financial reports and analyses, providing management with data-driven insights to inform business decisions. * Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, schedules, payments, and receipts. * Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance and transparency. * Administer petty cash operations, ensuring effective control and reconciliation. * Lead local procurement initiatives, implementing effective controls and processes to drive cost savings and efficiency. * Coordinate invoice preparation, payment tracking, and receivables follow-up, ensuring timely cash flow and minimizing bad debt.
