Assistant Engineer/Engineer - Press (Production)

* Spearhead press operations to achieve optimal production quality and efficiency, fostering seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. * Analyze and validate daily production reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize press performance. * Proactively address critical issues, escalating concerns to department heads as needed to ensure prompt resolution. * Calibrate and maintain press parameters, such as pressure and cycle time, to meet stringent quality standards. * Boost production targets by streamlining press machine operations, minimizing downtime, and maximizing output. * Uphold a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to ISO standards and regulatory requirements. * Implement waste reduction strategies, minimizing powder waste and green tile breakage during press operations. * Conduct regular inspections of press machines, hydraulic systems, and take-off systems, performing basic troubleshooting and coordinating maintenance interventions as required. * Ensure meticulous mold handling, cleaning, and alignment to guarantee smooth press operations and optimal product quality. * Champion company policies, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
