* Drive high-quality, evidence-based care in Pediatrics and NICU/PICU units, collaborating with consultants to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. * Lead departmental activities in the absence of the Consultant, ensuring seamless continuity of care. * Architect care plans and inform clinical decisions through active participation in consultant rounds and collaborative discussions. * Manage patient flow, medical records, and data entry processes with precision and efficiency. * Assess and admit pediatric patients in the Emergency Department, providing timely and effective care. * Perform critical neonatal procedures, including resuscitation, stabilization, and various invasive procedures, under the supervision of the Consultant. * Execute specialized procedures, such as lumbar puncture, endotracheal intubation, and umbilical catheterization, with expertise and care. * Foster a culture of respectful, ethical, and compassionate care, prioritizing patient well-being and dignity in all interactions. * Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, leveraging detailed history-taking and physical examinations to inform care decisions. * Develop and refine care plans daily, driven by patient progress and ongoing evaluation. * Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, including progress notes, informed consent, referrals, and discharge summaries.
