Key Responsibilities
* Drive the successful delivery of the ECHO-funded project, ensuring timely, effective, and compliant implementation of integrated humanitarian assistance across Education, Child Protection, GBV, and Health sectors.
* Lead the coordination of consortium partners, including Plan International Netherlands and local implementing partners, to achieve project goals and objectives.
* Manage the implementation of project activities, aligning with donor requirements, humanitarian principles, and organizational standards, while ensuring ECHO compliance and audit obligations.
* Architect and embed gender-transformative and child-centred approaches across project programming, promoting safe, inclusive, and equitable access to essential services.
* Foster strong collaboration with EiE and CPiE technical teams to provide technical and operational oversight, supporting partner implementation and strengthening integrated and cross-sectoral programming.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including consortium partners, local communities, and other humanitarian actors, to ensure project success and community resilience.
* Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of project activities, ensuring measurable results and impactful outcomes in a high-risk humanitarian context.
* Ensure the strengthening of protection mechanisms, health outcomes, and community resilience, while promoting a culture of compliance, accountability, and transparency within the project team.

Additional Requirements
- Progressive experience in programme design, implementation, and leadership in humanitarian education programmes
- Experience managing ECHO-funded projects
- Experience working in Cox’s Bazar in humanitarian and/or development contexts
- Technical expertise in Education in Emergencies (EiE) and Child Protection in Emergencies (CPiE)
- Experience in proposal development, programme monitoring, reporting, and humanitarian response
- Leadership and team management capacity
- Donor engagement and stakeholder coordination experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
