Manager - Finance

* Drive financial performance and safeguard organizational assets through meticulous management of Bangladesh entities' financial statements and general ledger accounts. * Lead compliance efforts with regulatory requirements, including tax, VAT, RJSC, and Central Bank of Bangladesh regulations, ensuring timely submissions of monthly and annual returns. * Architect and execute the closure and consolidation of financial statements, general ledger accounts, and statutory audits, including transfer pricing and tax audits, within stipulated timelines. * Manage treasury and fund management functions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address cash flow, payment approvals, and logistics-related concerns. * Oversee and ensure timely completion of audits, including EPF audits, and provide financial insights to inform business decisions. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to drive financial excellence and support business growth. * Champion special projects, such as amalgamation, RJSC activities, and central banking reporting, as assigned by management, to drive strategic objectives and support organizational goals.
