Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead strategic HR initiatives, driving recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and workforce development across head office and field operations
* Architect and implement HR policies that align with organizational values and industry best practices, ensuring seamless integration and compliance
* Foster a culture of positive employee relations, managing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions while promoting staff engagement and development
* Drive performance management systems, overseeing staff development initiatives and ensuring a high-performing work environment
* Oversee administrative operations, including office management, transport, security, and facility services, to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency
* Develop and maintain robust documentation systems, asset tracking, and inventory control, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and field offices to optimize operational efficiency and drive business results
* Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies, workplace safety, and ethical standards, implementing corrective actions and promoting a culture of integrity
* Lead audit and compliance efforts, supporting internal and external audits, and driving implementation of recommendations
* Promote employee welfare and relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues while fostering a culture of accountability and organizational discipline
* Develop and implement staff welfare policies, participation mechanisms, and training programs to enhance employee engagement and development
* Drive organizational excellence, ensuring compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and relevant NGO regulatory frameworks, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity
