Associate Campaign Coordination (ACC)

* Spearhead field-level coordination and support for the One Stop Enrollment Campaign Programme in designated city corporations, under the guidance of the Campaign Coordinator. * Architect a comprehensive campaign strategy, including mapping the city corporation, identifying key areas for outreach, and selecting suitable campaign venues. * Drive the logistics of campaign execution, including recording and playing miking audio, hiring personnel, and managing equipment. * Lead and motivate Community Mobilizers to effectively reach low-income communities, distribute leaflets, and enlist potential beneficiaries. * Strategically divide working areas among Community Mobilizers to ensure seamless miking, leaflet distribution, community discussions, and information sharing. * Foster partnerships with local NGOs and groups to amplify programme outreach and dissemination among target groups. * Manage logistical arrangements with local vendors, including equipment, supplies, and services for campaign and camp days. * Oversee the setup of service booths, decorations, and queue management during Camp Days to ensure a smooth beneficiary experience. * Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of campaign activities and outcomes. * Collaborate with authorities to address any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
