Campaign Coordinator (CC)

* Spearhead the "One Stop Enrollment Campaign Programme" in a designated city corporation, driving its success and potential extension. * Foster strategic partnerships with local administration, stakeholders, and organizations, such as City Corporation, Department of Women Affairs, Health, and Telecom companies, to ensure seamless campaign execution. * Lead a high-performing team to achieve campaign objectives within a tight 7-10 day timeline, overseeing tasks such as venue selection, logistics, and event organization. * Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify optimal campaign dates and secure suitable venues for two-day camps, ensuring accessibility and convenience. * Architect and manage logistical arrangements for the campaign, including camp setup, necessary facilities, and stakeholder presence. * Host and brief visiting dignitaries and guests during camp days, showcasing campaign activities and progress. * Develop and implement effective documentation and reporting systems to track campaign success and areas for improvement. * Drive additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by authorized personnel, ensuring the campaign's overall success and potential long-term impact.
