Community Mobilizer (CM)

* Spearhead community outreach efforts by organizing public announcements and promotions in low-income areas to drive awareness and participation in the enrollment campaign. * Drive door-to-door engagement, distributing informational materials and educating community members about the program's objectives and benefits. * Identify and enlist potential beneficiaries, collecting contact information to facilitate follow-up communications. * Collaborate with the Area Coordinator to coordinate logistics, including vendor management, equipment rental, and supply procurement, to ensure seamless campaign execution. * Support the setup and decoration of service booths, managing logistical arrangements to create an efficient and welcoming environment for beneficiaries. * Manage crowd control and queue systems, ensuring a smooth and organized experience for beneficiaries as they navigate the enrollment process. * Provide exceptional support to beneficiaries throughout the enrollment process, from reception to completion, and perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. * Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, including vendors and community leaders, to promote the program and encourage participation. * Contribute to the overall success of the campaign by demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to achieving program goals.
