• Drive production excellence by planning and executing daily and monthly targets, maximizing machine utilization, and streamlining operations for timely delivery. • Architect product quality by implementing precise color matching, shade variation control, and color fastness standards, ensuring consistent output that meets buyer specifications. • Spearhead dyeing process control, adhering to approved recipes and regulating parameters such as temperature, time, and pressure to achieve standardized results. • Foster high-performing teams by supervising personnel, delivering training and guidance, and optimizing shift planning and workforce allocation for seamless operations. • Champion machine efficiency and maintenance, ensuring optimal functioning, identifying issues, and coordinating with maintenance teams for proactive and corrective actions to minimize downtime. • Optimize resource utilization, reducing waste and improving process efficiency by controlling consumption of dyes, chemicals, water, steam, and electricity. • Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by upholding factory safety policies, maintaining environmental standards, and promoting a culture of responsibility and adherence to regulations.
