Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development of a robust online presence by managing and optimizing the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
* Architect a consistent brand voice and content strategy, leveraging a content calendar to drive engagement and brand awareness.
* Design and produce high-quality, engaging content, including written posts, product explainers, infographics, and other visual materials that showcase the company's expertise.
* Drive lead generation through targeted outbound LinkedIn campaigns, focusing on key decision-makers in industries such as real estate, construction, manufacturing, retail, and SME sectors.
* Build, maintain, and segment a qualified prospect database, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized outreach.
* Craft and refine outreach message sequences to maximize response rates and drive conversions.
* Provide exceptional customer support by responding to client queries and offering basic product information.
* Develop and execute comprehensive launch strategies, including producing launch collateral, managing pre-launch awareness campaigns, and coordinating post-launch follow-up communications.
* Design, execute, and optimize email campaigns for awareness, launch announcements, and lead nurturing, while maintaining an opted-in email contact database.
* Analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-throughs, and engagement, and report findings to the CEO.
* Represent the company at external events, coordinating logistics and identifying opportunities for growth and partnership.
* Identify and initiate conversations with potential channel partners and resellers, driving business development and expansion.
* Develop and maintain a weekly marketing dashboard, providing real-time insights into performance across all active channels.
* Continuously document and evaluate campaign outcomes, using data and market feedback to inform future marketing strategies and propose improvements.
