Hospital Coordinator (Reporting to the Chairman)

* Spearhead hospital operations, administrative activities, and executive communications as a key liaison between the Chairman and various departments, driving operational excellence and seamless implementation of directives. * Collaborate closely with the Chairman to address daily operational and strategic matters, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. * Drive task completion and follow-up on departmental reports and action plans, ensuring timely execution and progress toward goals. * Develop and present key documents, including reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official correspondence, to facilitate informed decision-making. * Oversee administrative and operational activities across departments, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency. * Implement and enforce management decisions and policies, ensuring consistency and adherence to organizational standards. * Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts. * Foster cross-functional collaboration with medical, administrative, marketing, finance, and support departments to achieve shared goals and objectives. * Safeguard sensitive organizational information, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of discretion. * Provide strategic support for special projects, policy implementation, and executive decision-making, leveraging expertise to drive business outcomes. * Deliver regular progress updates and reports to the Chairman, ensuring transparency and accountability in hospital operations and performance.
