Key Responsibilities

* Drive procurement excellence by developing and executing strategic plans that meet project needs efficiently and cost-effectively. * Identify, assess, and onboard top-performing suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and service, ensuring best-in-class partnerships. * Negotiate and secure advantageous contracts with suppliers, leveraging market expertise to optimize terms and pricing. * Spearhead purchase order management, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to anticipate requirements. * Champion compliance with organizational procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards, maintaining accurate records and supplier databases. * Analyze supplier performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. * Architect and maintain robust financial management systems, ensuring accurate accounting records and timely financial reporting. * Collaborate on financial statement preparation, including donor reports and internal statements, and process payments to suppliers, consultants, and contractors. * Oversee bank account management, including reconciliations, record-keeping, and compliance with financial regulations. * Monitor project budgets, tracking expenditures against approved work plans, and maintain organized financial documentation for audits and reviews. * Implement and enforce internal control procedures, financial management guidelines, and administrative protocols. * Provide administrative support, maintaining documentation and filing systems, and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. * Ensure adherence to organizational and donor administrative procedures, and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting, Finance
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Additional Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of procurement procedures, financial management, and reporting practices
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in financial and procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of compliance, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer skills (MS word, excel, power point, virtual communication (zoom, teams etc.) and others

Compensation & Benefits

Consolidated amount of USD 810 monthly basis
