Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead office maintenance, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained work environment, including premises, furniture, and equipment.
* Drive office hygiene initiatives, maintaining pristine conditions in workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
* Architect meeting room arrangements, including setup and logistics, to facilitate seamless events.
* Lead document delivery and collection, both internally and externally, with precision and timeliness.
* Manage mail, parcel, and communication dispatch and receipt, ensuring efficient logistical support.
* Facilitate event planning by providing basic logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, and events.
* Deliver administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, binding, and filing documents, to ensure seamless office operations.
* Provide backup support to office staff in routine administrative tasks, as assigned, to drive productivity.
* Maintain accurate records of file and document movement, as required, to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Undertake additional office-related tasks, as assigned by the supervisor, with discipline, reliability, and a commitment to timely completion.
Requirements
Experience
At least 3 years
Skills
Basic understanding of office procedures and disciplineComputer Literacy
Education
- HSC
- Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
Additional Requirements
- Good physical fitness
- Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Compensation & Benefits
Consolidated amount of USD 540 monthly basis
