Sales Assistant (Junior Officer, G-1)

* Drive sales growth by crafting item-wise sales plans and party-wise collection plans on a monthly basis * Architect monthly work plans and tour programs to optimize sales performance * Uncover new market opportunities and aggressively pursue potential dealers to expand the distribution network * Collaborate with Area Managers to onboard new dealers and retailers, fostering strategic partnerships * Spearhead sales operations, intensifying collection drives to meet targets * Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets, ensuring consistent performance * Showcase product capabilities through demonstrations and PDS activities, stimulating demand among farmers and promoting product adoption * Lead by example, taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support the company's overall objectives
