Manager - Accounts & Finance

* Drive financial transparency and operational efficiency by overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. * Architect and manage the preparation, review, and finalization of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. * Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring seamless completion of general ledger reconciliations and accurate financial activity recording. * Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger reconciliations, leveraging ERP/Tally systems to optimize financial performance. * Develop and execute comprehensive budget plans, annual operating plans, and performance analyses, complete with variance reporting to inform strategic decision-making. * Champion financial planning and analysis, including product costing, cost analysis, business planning, and financial forecasting, to drive business growth and profitability. * Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and fiscal laws, including the Income Tax Act and Value Added Tax Act. * Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate timely and efficient audits, implementing recommendations to enhance financial operations and compliance. * Lead and develop the accounts team, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring seamless financial operations across the organization. * Design and implement financial policies, conducting business case analyses to support strategic financial decision-making and drive business outcomes. * Provide expert financial guidance and support to management, enabling informed strategic decisions that drive business growth, profitability, and success.
