* Lead the development of a long-term vision and strategic plan for the IT department, driving alignment with university goals and objectives. * Architect and deploy effective staffing models to achieve Information Systems group objectives, ensuring optimal resource allocation. * Drive employee growth and development through coaching, training, and mentorship, fostering a culture of professional excellence. * Manage and submit budget requests for campus-wide information systems, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic investment. * Foster strong collaborative partnerships with academic, research, and administrative units to meet the university's information systems and data needs. * Design and implement technical strategies, including cloud-based vendor management, to drive innovation and efficiency. * Develop and deploy technical solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and user experience. * Ensure the integrity of applications through rigorous QA, testing, and vendor management practices, maintaining the highest standards of quality. * Provide solutions design and consulting support to campus units, driving adoption and utilization of information systems. * Stay ahead of industry and higher education trends, maintaining a future-oriented outlook and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. * Implement and manage ERP-level applications, including Student, HR, and Finance systems, to drive operational efficiency. * Establish and maintain the university's web content management system (WCMS), ensuring a robust and user-friendly online presence. * Oversee Applications Administration and Database Administration functions, ensuring the smooth operation of information systems and data infrastructure.
