Sr. Technician-IE/Planning

* Spearhead the execution of daily production plans, aligning with approved schedules to drive efficiency and productivity. * Architect line loading data, leveraging capacity and order requirements to optimize production workflows. * Drive real-time updates of Work in Progress (WIP) status, ensuring seamless production monitoring and control. * Oversee production flow across cutting, sewing, and finishing sections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Harvest production data from the factory floor, accurately updating the ERP/Planning system to inform strategic decisions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, providing actionable insights for business growth. * Proactively monitor production progress, swiftly addressing delays or deviations to minimize downtime and maximize output. * Foster strong partnerships with Production and IE teams, ensuring harmonious operations and aligning efforts to achieve shared goals. * Identify and tackle production bottlenecks, devising and implementing targeted solutions to boost efficiency and quality. * Maintain meticulous documentation and planning records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards. * Ensure precise data entry for production tracking and shipment follow-up, facilitating timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
