Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development of quarterly sales plans and budgets, aligning them with business objectives and presenting to management for approval. * Architect sustainable business opportunities that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and fuel long-term company expansion. * Drive business growth through in-depth market research, strategic networking, sales strategy development, and negotiation. * Analyze competitor activity to identify gaps and emerging trends, informing business development strategies. * Explore and capitalize on new market, industry, and partnership opportunities that align with company goals. * Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate expansion opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. * Build and manage pipelines of potential clients through targeted networking, referrals, and digital tools. * Qualify leads against the company's target profile to ensure focused engagement. * Develop and execute business development strategies that support long-term company objectives. * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and realistic targets for the sales team, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed. * Lead and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless plan execution. * Foster trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through exceptional communication and service. * Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events, promoting its brand and reputation. * Deliver exceptional client experiences, driving repeat business and positive referrals. * Craft compelling proposals and presentations that win over prospective clients. * Negotiate and close deals that benefit both parties, ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction. * Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline to maintain consistent growth and expansion. * Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions. * Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, applying insights to inform business development strategies. * Promote the company's brand and thought leadership through advocacy and strategic engagement. * Track and analyze sales KPIs, conversion ratios, and pipeline status to inform data-driven decision-making. * Provide regular growth recommendations and progress reports to management, ensuring alignment with company objectives. * Manage sensitive and confidential information, engaging with high-level contacts and stakeholders to drive business growth.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, web browsing, and CRM software
  • Knowledge of ERP software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, prioritization, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
