Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development of quarterly plans and budgets, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and presenting them to management for approval.
* Architect and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business growth, targeting key audiences with tailored campaigns and leveraging web, SEO/SEM, PPC, email, and social media advertising.
* Drive customer engagement through content marketing initiatives, including blogs, videos, and infographics, and optimize landing pages and websites for maximum conversion rates.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, benchmarking against competitors to refine digital marketing strategies and exploring new channels such as influencer marketing and emerging platforms.
* Establish and track measurable KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, and adjust campaigns based on performance analytics to ensure optimal results.
* Lead the planning, launch, and monitoring of multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and search engines, managing budgets and allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
* Leverage tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems to measure success, tracking metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and providing regular reports to management on digital marketing performance.
* Oversee the creation of engaging digital content that aligns with brand identity and maintains consistent messaging across all platforms, and manage online reputation and customer feedback to ensure a positive brand image.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align campaigns with business objectives and launches, and coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
* Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic, and manage website performance using Google Analytics to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
* Analyze market trends and identify target audiences, selecting the most effective digital channels and tactics to reach potential customers and maintain a strong social media presence across all platforms.
* Demonstrate creative, innovative, and strategic thinking, working under pressure to meet deadlines and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
* Embody a flexible and adaptable mindset, willing to take on additional responsibilities and assignments as directed by management to drive business growth and success.
