Manager/ Deputy Manager (Accounts)

* Spearhead accounting operations, driving accuracy and efficiency across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation. * Architect timely and compliant financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and Bangladesh regulations. * Drive VAT, Tax, and regulatory compliance, navigating NBR guidelines, return submissions, audit support, and documentation. * Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and system control within ERP/POS/Accounting systems. * Optimize cash flow, working capital, and financial planning to fuel business growth and sustainability. * Develop and deliver actionable financial insights, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports, to inform management decisions. * Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to ensure seamless financial control over software implementation, subscriptions, and revenue recognition. * Design and implement robust internal control policies, SOPs, and financial procedures to mitigate risk and boost efficiency. * Navigate external audits, internal audits, and stakeholder relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. * Ensure precise revenue tracking from diverse revenue streams, including software licenses, subscriptions, and project-based billing. * Manage payroll operations, employee benefits, and statutory deductions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. * Analyze financial performance, providing strategic recommendations to senior management for cost optimization and profitability enhancement. * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Accounts & Finance team, championing accuracy, integrity, and professionalism.
