Advocacy Manager

* Drive the development and implementation of advocacy strategies aligned with IRC Bangladesh's Strategic Action Plan, focusing on the Rohingya crisis and related humanitarian priorities. * Architect policy analysis, messaging, and evidence-based advocacy on key thematic areas, including humanitarian protection, women's and girls' rights, protracted displacement, and refugee law. * Lead the synthesis of IRC program data, operational insights, and external analysis to craft compelling policy briefs, advocacy notes, and talking points for national authorities, donors, diplomatic missions, and international platforms. * Monitor and analyze evolving political, policy, and humanitarian developments related to the Rohingya response, providing regular updates on implications for IRC programming and advocacy positioning. * Collaborate with country leadership and the Head of Advocacy and Communication to advance IRC Bangladesh's advocacy priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. * Represent IRC in selected inter-agency advocacy forums, fostering partnerships and alliances to amplify the organization's voice and influence on key humanitarian issues. * Manage the development of advocacy materials, including briefs, reports, and statements, to support IRC's engagement with national and international stakeholders. * Foster a culture of evidence-based advocacy, ensuring that IRC's programming and policy work is informed by data-driven insights and operational learning from Bangladesh and Myanmar. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, donors, and civil society organizations, to advance IRC's advocacy agenda and promote humanitarian priorities.
