Asst. Manager (Distribution)

Key Responsibilities:• Plan, implement and develop the company's distribution network. • Ensure timely delivery of products. • Maintain and enhance good relationships with dealers, sub-dealers and distributors • Monitor and control warehouse and inventory activities. • Prevent product shortages or excess inventory by optimizing stock levels. • Supervise and evaluate the performance of the sales team and delivery team. • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly distribution-related reports. • Identify new markets and implement distribution expansion plans. • Control and increase efficiency in transportation and logistics costs. • Ensure operations are in accordance with company policies. • Resolve customer complaints and delivery-related issues promptly. • Help increase sales by conducting distribution activities according to targets.
