Executive - Product Management (Hardware & Software))

Key Responsibilities (Hardware):• Manage hardware product portfolio (Router, Switch, Cable, Networking Devices, etc.). Products of Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Cambium, DELL, HP etc.• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and OEM partners• Prepare quotations, BOQ, and technical specifications• Track product availability, stock movement, and demand forecasting• Conduct market analysis and identify new product opportunities• Provide product training and support to sales team• Maintain reports, pricing sheets, and analysis using Advanced Excel• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies Key Responsibilities (Software):• Manage software product portfolio (e.g., Microsoft 365, antivirus, and other licenses). Products of Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Cambium, DELL, HP etc.• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and partners for pricing, licensing, and support• Prepare product proposals, quotations, and documentation• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and inventory (if applicable)• Conduct market research and competitor analysis• Support sales team with product knowledge and technical information• Maintain accurate reports using advanced Excel functions• Ensure timely renewal and compliance of software licenses
