Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program is designed to develop high-potential fresh graduates into future professionals by providing hands-on experience across key functions of the furniture manufacturing business, including production, quality, supply chain, and marketing.• Support daily production activities and monitor output, efficiency, and workflow • Assist in maintaining quality standards for raw materials and finished products • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for material availability and inventory control • Participate in product costing, order follow-up, and basic client communication • Prepare reports on production, quality, and operational performance • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation • Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, design, supply chain, sales) • Follow company SOPs, compliance, and safety guidelines
