Industrial Engineer (Washing)

• Prepare detailed costings for all washing processes based on historical recipes and standard consumption data • Analyze past washing recipes to establish accurate benchmarks for chemicals, water, energy, and time • Develop and maintain a cost database for different wash types and garments • Collaborate with production, R&D, and washing teams to optimize processes and reduce costs • Monitor actual vs. estimated costs and highlight variances with corrective recommendations • Support sample development by providing quick and precise cost estimations • Ensure all costing aligns with company standards and buyer requirements • Continuously improve costing accuracy through data analysis and process refinement
