Join Our Team at Nagomi Salon – Uttara! We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the welcoming face of Nagomi and provide excellent service to our valued clients. Location: Nagomi Salon, Alamin Center, House 40, 5th Floor, Sonargaon Janapath Road, Sector 11, Uttara, Dhaka Working Hours: 12:00 pm – 8:00 PM (Weekly holiday will be provided) Responsibilities:• Greet every client with warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming smile• Attend live marketing sessions to engage with customers and promote salon services• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and appointment scheduling smoothly• Provide clear and accurate information about salon services, packages, and ongoing offers• Maintain client records and ensure organized front-desk operations• Coordinate schedules and support stylists and therapists as needed• Listen to client feedback with care and ensure complete customer satisfaction
