Assistant Executive - Transport VTS Operations

The Assistant Executive – Transport VTS Operations will be responsible for monitoring vehicle movements through GPS-based Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS), ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and timely reporting. The role involves close coordination with drivers and the operations team to manage real-time alerts, route adherence, and fleet performance. Key Responsibilities:• Monitor vehicle movement in real-time using GPS tracking systems• Track and analyse delays, route deviations, stoppages, and idle time• Generate and maintain daily operational reports (trip reports, fuel usage, vehicle utilisation)• Coordinate with drivers and internal operations teams to ensure smooth transport activities• Respond to system alerts such as overspeeding, geofence violations, and breakdowns• Ensure all GPS devices are functioning properly and report any technical issues• Maintain accurate logs and records of vehicle activity and incidents• Support route planning and optimisation to improve efficiency• Ensure compliance with company transport policies and safety standards
