Junior/ Senior - Sales & Student Counselor (Linexis IT Institute)

Job Overview We are looking for dynamic Sales & Student Counselors (Senior & Junior) to drive student enrollments and provide career guidance. The role involves handling inquiries, counseling prospective students, managing leads, and converting them into enrollments while ensuring a positive student experience. Key Responsibilities• Counsel students (in-person/phone) and recommend suitable IT courses • Handle inbound inquiries (calls, social media, walk-ins) • Follow up on leads and ensure conversion to enrollment • Achieve monthly enrollment targets • Maintain CRM/database with accurate records • Support seminars, fairs, and promotional events • (Senior Role) Mentor junior team members and support complex conversions
