Key Responsibilities

• Receive and assist patients/visitors in a professional and courteous manner • Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors, and schedules • Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth service delivery • Maintain proper records of patient interactions and service activities • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction at all times • Perform any other tasks assigned by management

Education

  • Bachelor
  • Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable personality with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
  • Fluency in Bangla and English (spoken and written)
