We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer to lead our men’s ethnic wear category and elevate our product line.Location: Dhaka (Corporate Office)Key Responsibilities:• Develop original menswear designs (ethnic, casual, and semi-formal collections)• Create design concepts, tech packs, color palettes, and mood/style boards• Collaborate with merchandising and production teams for accurate sampling and timely delivery• Research trends, fabrics, fits, and market demand to ensure commercially successful designs• Coordinate with photoshoot, styling, and branding teams• Supervise fittings, sampling, and final production approvals
