AGM/DGM - Production/Operation

• Formulate and execute production/operation plans that align with Evince Group’s requirements.• Lead to arrange multiple production lines to maximize "per-machine-output" and minimize downtime.• Monitor factory regular operations focusing production and shipment.• Ensure production operations as per set SOPs and Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.• Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.• Manage all tasks for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment.• Review Production and operational functions for development.• Develop and monitor performance-based incentive schemes for workers and floor management to boost morale and productivity simultaneously.• Lead the transition toward developing and implementing automation systems to achieve and maintain a competitive edge.• Drive a Lean culture focusing effective Waste Management.• Implement a "Total Quality Management" framework where quality is owned by the production floor, not just the inspection team, aiming for a Right-First-Time (RFT) rate.• Ensure the plant meets all ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues.• Identify high-potential middle managers and provide mentorship to ensure a continuous pipeline of leadership talent.• Any other assignment given by the top management.
