Assistant Manager - Farm (Dairy, Livestock & Poultry Operations)

The Assistant Manager (Farm) will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all activities related to dairy farming, beef fattening, goat & sheep production, poultry operations, animal nutrition, health management, breeding, and overall farm profitability. The position requires technical expertise, operational leadership, staff supervision and financial management to ensure sustainable and profitable farm operations.• Manage day-to-day livestock and poultry farm operations• Develop annual, monthly and daily production plans• Monitor productivity targets and farm performance• Ensure efficient use of land, feed, labor and farm resources• Supervise housing, sanitation and animal welfare standards• Supervise milking operations, milk production performance and milk quality control• Manage herd breeding, calving and lactation programs• Plan and supervise cattle fattening operations• Manage feeding and growth performance targets• Monitor weight gain and feed conversion efficiency• Ensure proper disease prevention and biosecurity• Implement vaccination, deworming and disease control programs• Monitor growth, mortality and production performance• Manage egg/meat production targets• Prepare or supervise balanced feed formulation, feed costs and optimize feed efficiency• Maintain health and treatment records• Supervise farm workers, technicians and attendants• Prepare farm budgets and cost control measures• Monitor production costs and profitability• Maintain inventory, procurement and stock records• Prepare production and management reports
