Job Responsibilities Bharateswari Homes(A sister concern of Kumudini Welfare Trust of Bengal Ltd). 90 years old educational institute in Bangladesh which has been recognized with the highest state award (Shadhinata Padak 2020) as well as one of the renowned and legendary residential institution for the women is going to recruit a Junior Teacher ART & Craft As per Organization Policy.• Conduct Art & Craft classes effectively as per curriculum • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical sessions • Evaluate students through class tests, assignments, and examinations • Participate in co-curricular activities (debate, elocution, drama, writing, etc.) • Maintain academic records and prepare regular reports • Follow institutional rules, authority instructions, and academic policies • Supervise and guide students during hostel study hours • Maintain communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior • Participate in college events, meetings, and professional development programs
