Accounts & Admin Officer

* Spearhead day-to-day financial operations, ensuring seamless execution and accuracy. * Oversee and refine the financial system to guarantee timely and precise management of project finances. * Drive financial accountability by enforcing strict documentation and signature protocols for all transactions. * Manage monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees. * Administer employee records, facilitating accurate payment of benefits and allowances. * Validate and verify all financial transactions, including bills and vouchers, to ensure accurate accounting. * Coordinate financial interactions with external parties, maintaining meticulous records of accounts receivable, payable, and other transactions. * Utilize accounting software to post transactions, and address cash, inventory, and account-related issues, including petty cash and bank activities. * Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary support and information as required. * Architect and maintain tax compliance, including VAT and income tax calculations, and ensure timely deposits and submissions to relevant authorities. * Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as donor-specific reports, to drive informed decision-making.
