* Spearhead total sales growth across all hospital departments, including optics, pharmacy, diagnostics, and procedures, to drive revenue and business expansion. * Develop and execute strategic lead generation initiatives, converting prospects into patients and fueling business growth. * Foster and leverage a network of referral relationships with key stakeholders, including local pharmacies, independent clinics, corporate clients, and community platforms, to amplify sales opportunities. * Deliver high-impact sales performance, meeting weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and submitting data-driven reports to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies. * Architect and implement patient conversion strategies, driving revenue and contributing to the hospital's overall business objectives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed about hospital products and services, ensuring a deep understanding of the business and identifying opportunities to drive sales and growth.
