* Spearhead training sessions for General Caregiving and Caregiving for Elderly Persons courses, leveraging cutting-edge, competency-based teaching methods. * Architect engaging lesson plans, materials, and assessments that cater to diverse learning needs, ensuring alignment with curriculum guidelines. * Drive learner engagement by demonstrating caregiving procedures, such as hygiene and mobility assistance, and fostering essential soft skills like empathy and professionalism. * Identify, recruit, and onboard potential learners through strategic outreach efforts, including field visits, referrals, and online campaigns, in collaboration with community leaders, NGOs, and local authorities. * Lead the screening and shortlisting process for applicants, ensuring adherence to NSDA criteria, and maintain meticulous records of interested candidates and mobilization sources. * Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs, including orientation and training, to ensure seamless transitions for selected learners. * Conduct rigorous pre- and post-training assessments, providing constructive feedback and tailored improvement plans to enhance learner outcomes. * Manage accurate training records, attendance sheets, and progress reports, ensuring data-driven insights to inform training optimization. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including admin, procurement, and project teams, to guarantee smooth training execution. * Deliver regular progress updates, including daily and weekly reports, to stakeholders, highlighting training status and learner attendance. * Participate in trainer meetings, refreshers, and evaluation reviews, driving continuous improvement and professional growth. * Leverage exceptional communication and facilitation skills to effectively engage mixed-gender and diverse learner groups. * Analyze and address training gaps, implementing data-driven solutions to enhance overall training effectiveness.
