Assistant Registrar, Dept of Paediatrics

* Drive high-quality patient care by delivering clinical services and ensuring seamless 24/7 coverage, including emergency and inpatient management. * Lead and supervise Medical Officers, Intern Doctors, medical students, and nursing staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. * Manage patient care across multiple settings, including the Outpatient Department, Emergency Unit, and inpatient wards, in collaboration with senior physicians. * Accompany consultants on clinical rounds, ensuring accurate documentation and implementation of treatment plans. * Develop and maintain comprehensive patient records, including treatment plans and clinical progress updates. * Architect and deliver educational programs, training sessions, and workshops for intern doctors, Medical Officers, nursing staff, and clinical students. * Foster a culture of continuous learning by participating in Continuing Medical Education sessions and promoting knowledge-sharing among peers. * Ensure seamless team coordination by monitoring duty rosters and promoting punctuality among physicians, nurses, and support staff. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including nursing staff, administrative personnel, and other clinical departments, to deliver coordinated and efficient patient care. * Conduct thorough physical exams, provide counseling services, and develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs. * Interpret lab test results, prescribe diagnostic tests, and track patient progress to inform treatment decisions. * Work flexibly, including weekday duty hours and evening shifts, with the ability to work beyond regular office hours as required by the Department Head or competent authority.
