Chiller Technician / VRF Technician

* Spearhead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional after-sales service, driving client satisfaction and loyalty. * Architect technical support strategies for technicians, ensuring seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing. * Drive revenue growth by setting sales targets, monitoring progress, and holding team members accountable for exceeding goals. * Analyze and interpret fault reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and presenting findings to the core team. * Oversee the repair and refurbishment of PCBs and other repairable items, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes. * Develop and implement training programs for service experts, section managers, and technical support teams, focusing on PCB updates and best practices. * Strategically plan and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste. * Maintain meticulous documentation of repaired items, ensuring accurate inventory records and seamless restoration to stock. * Provide expert spare parts support to service points, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. * Manage billing and payment processes for non-warranty and void services, ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions. * Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring upcoming models, analyzing BOMs, and ensuring new parts are available to service points. * Foster strong relationships with corporate clients, conducting site visits and providing tailored support and accessories as needed. * Develop and maintain comprehensive daily reports and project documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including corporate service, operations, and leadership, to resolve issues and drive business growth. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify product development opportunities and inform business strategy. * Execute special projects and tasks as assigned by the department head, driving business outcomes and supporting team objectives.
