* Foster strategic partnerships with key clients, partners, and fleet operators through proactive outreach and regular communication. * Analyze and optimize swapping station performance by tracking key metrics, such as battery circulation, swap frequency, and uptime, and presenting data-driven insights. * Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing, invoicing, and payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. * Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts, and developing targeted upsell and cross-sell strategies. * Develop and execute account-specific marketing initiatives, leveraging promotional activities to enhance engagement and loyalty. * Build strong relationships with corporate stakeholders through regular on-site visits to offices in Dhaka and beyond, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
