• Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, monitoring, and treating critically ill and premature newborns with precision and compassion. • Drive advanced neonatal care practices, including tube feeding, IV line management, and phototherapy, to ensure optimal patient outcomes. • Provide emergency support during high-risk deliveries, leveraging expertise in neonatal resuscitation and artificial life support management. • Lead continuous 24-hour monitoring of vital signs, promptly identifying and reporting changes to consultants to inform timely interventions. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neonatologists and pediatricians, to develop and implement personalized care plans. • Manage accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication and informed decision-making. • Empower families through emotional support and education on essential care practices, such as kangaroo care, breastfeeding, and at-home care. • Architect a safe and healthy environment by adhering to stringent infection control protocols and sterile techniques, safeguarding vulnerable newborns from harm.
