Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the Sample Section, CAD Section, and Pattern Department to drive excellence in pattern making and sample development. • Architect accurate and efficient pattern making, grading, and marker planning processes that meet buyer requirements and technical specifications. • Collaborate with international buyers to understand their technical needs and preferences, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. • Drive quality control by inspecting pattern accuracy, identifying and resolving fitting issues, and optimizing fabric consumption. • Oversee CAD operations to maximize marker efficiency, fabric utilization, and overall production readiness. • Expedite the development of prototype, fit, pre-production, and size-set samples to meet tight deadlines and buyer expectations. • Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to pattern makers, CAD operators, and sample development teams to enhance skills and knowledge. • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Cutting, Sewing, and Production teams to ensure alignment and effective workflow management. • Analyze buyer feedback, implement corrections, and ensure flawless sample submissions that meet buyer requirements and quality standards. • Develop and maintain robust documentation, workflow planning, and daily reporting systems to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decisions.

  • Strong leadership, communication & coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Updated knowledge about buyer technical standards
