Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by architecting and executing innovative sales strategies that propel the swapping business forward. * Lead and motivate high-performing sales teams to consistently exceed targets and achieve exceptional results. * Identify, acquire, and onboard strategic clients, including fleet operators, logistics companies, and ride-sharing partners, to expand the company's reach. * Foster and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships. * Conduct market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends, opportunities, and industry insights that inform sales strategies. * Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market penetration. * Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and service agreements that meet client needs and drive business success. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and technical, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences. * Monitor competitor activity, analyzing market trends and adjusting sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition. * Develop and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and data-driven analysis to inform business decisions. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions, promoting the brand and building strategic relationships. * Travel extensively throughout Bangladesh to drive business growth, meet with clients, and stay connected with key stakeholders.

  • Language proficiency in English & Chinese
