Assistant Manager (MIS & Data Analyst)

* Drive business growth by analyzing and reporting on sales data to inform marketing campaigns and sales strategies, identifying areas for optimization and improvement. * Architect and maintain complex sales reports using advanced Excel tools, Tally, and ERP systems, delivering daily, weekly, and monthly insights to stakeholders. * Lead the development of MIS reports, tracking distributor performance, sales achievements, and stock positions to enable data-driven decision-making. * Manage and implement sales policies, calculating and processing distributor commissions, campaign incentives, and bonuses to motivate sales teams. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior, providing actionable recommendations to enhance sales and marketing strategies. * Forecast and budget sales performance, monitoring primary and secondary sales trends to ensure accurate predictions and informed business decisions. * Deliver weekly and monthly sales performance reports for field forces and distributors, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Internal Audit, Sales, and Marketing, to investigate sales-related issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and growth.
