Key Responsibilities

• Architect and execute multi-channel sales and marketing strategies to drive residential and commercial project success • Drive high-performing sales and marketing teams through leadership, mentorship, and performance management • Spearhead revenue growth initiatives, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets • Uncover and capitalize on new business opportunities, identifying emerging market trends and segments • Champion digital transformation, overseeing innovative marketing campaigns, advertising, and brand positioning • Foster and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, brokers, and corporate partners • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform data-driven decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, CRM, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences • Analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and reports to senior leadership • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and after-sales service quality, driving loyalty and retention

Requirements

Experience

5 to 10 years

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Commerce
