* Drive engaging and inclusive learning experiences, designing and delivering high-quality lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learners. * Foster a positive and student-centred environment, promoting independent thinking, creativity, and academic confidence through innovative instructional strategies. * Assess student progress through a range of methods, providing timely and constructive feedback to inform instruction and support student growth. * Develop and maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessment, and progress, using data to identify areas of support and inform teaching practices. * Lead effective classroom management, establishing positive learning routines and promoting students' academic, social, emotional, and personal development. * Collaborate with parents and guardians, communicating student progress and well-being through regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and student review meetings. * Contribute to curriculum development, planning, and review, working with colleagues to enhance teaching quality, student outcomes, and resource development. * Mentor and support Assistant Teachers, guiding day-to-day classroom practice and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. * Uphold and promote school policies, prioritizing safeguarding, child protection, confidentiality, health and safety, and professional ethics in all aspects of teaching and learning. * Engage in ongoing professional development, seeking opportunities to enhance teaching practices, stay current with educational trends, and drive academic excellence.
