* Spearhead comprehensive security operations across multiple locations to safeguard company assets, employees, and visitors * Architect and implement robust access control measures to monitor and regulate the movement of people, vehicles, and materials * Proactively identify and mitigate potential security risks to prevent incidents and ensure a safe working environment * Drive swift and effective responses to security breaches, emergencies, and incidents, minimizing their impact * Develop and enforce stringent security protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain high standards of security discipline * Compile and submit timely security reports, incident logs, and performance evaluations to inform strategic decision-making * Champion fire safety initiatives by designing and maintaining a comprehensive fire safety plan for the factory * Ensure the readiness and functionality of fire safety equipment, including extinguishers, alarms, and hydrants * Oversee regular inspections and maintenance of fire safety systems to guarantee their optimal performance * Conduct regular fire drills and evacuation exercises to equip employees with the knowledge and skills to respond quickly and safely in emergency situations
