Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional support to international clients via live chat and other channels.
* Drive issue resolution by identifying, tracking, and documenting customer concerns, and resolving them efficiently.
* Lead responsive and effective communication, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries.
* Collaborate on website-related tasks, contributing to seamless operations and maintenance.
* Foster a culture of customer satisfaction, driving positive outcomes and continuous improvement.
* Work on-site at our Mirpur-2 office, adhering to standard working hours of 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
* Participate in a 10-day trial period, focusing on training, evaluation, and integration into our team.
