Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategic manpower planning, budgeting, and staffing to fuel retail operations and business growth.
* Architect KPI-based incentive programs that align with business objectives and budgets, fostering a performance-driven culture.
* Spearhead attendance and punctuality improvement initiatives, minimizing absenteeism and maximizing productivity.
* Identify skill gaps and design targeted development programs, succession plans, and career progression pathways to upskill the workforce.
* Oversee seamless payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness within scheduled deadlines.
* Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, cultivating a robust pipeline of top performers to drive business success.
* Foster positive employee relations by resolving grievances, promoting policy compliance, and encouraging open communication.
* Develop and execute engaging employee initiatives, promoting a vibrant work culture that boosts morale and motivation.
* Administer disciplinary actions with fairness and transparency, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Ensure unwavering compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory adherence.
* Manage performance evaluations, probation reviews, and employee confirmation processes, driving continuous improvement and growth.
* Collaborate on HR strategy development, continuously refining HR policies and practices to drive business excellence and innovation.
Requirements
Experience
At least 5 years
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Additional Requirements
- Experience in Retail / Lifestyle / Fashion Industry will be highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
